Welcome to the Choral Denmark website, - former website of The 8th World Symposium on Choral Music (WSCM 8) which took place from 19 July - 26 July 2008 in Copenhagen.
Choral Music meets its audience
was the title of this symposium showing new ways to connect to our listeners in a world with greater possibilities and challenges than ever. And of course, we had as guests some of the world's finest choirs, take part in exiting, interactive workshops and Master Classes.

World Symposiums »
are the world's most important choral events. They are events, where choir people from all parts of the world meet to learn and show, what is going on in the field of choral music. We were honored and happy to be hosts of WSCM 8, and we hope we succeeded in showing you not only our own Danish choral tradition, but also in opening the doors to the entire Nordic choral family.
